Children's Ministry

Our Two-fold Mission:
To train and work along side our children and To reach and draw in the unsaved kids in our area.

Our heart is that through the Open Door VCF Children's Ministry, a legacy would be put into place that would not only make a difference in this generation, but in the generations yet to come. (Psalm 78:4-7)

Our core purpose is:

• To educate the children with the pure word of God.
  
• To minister to them in prayer, word and deed.
  
• To encourage them in their gifts.
  
• To lead them in worship, prayer and intercession.
  
• To guide them into intimacy with the Lord Jesus.

Our vision will be accomplished by:

• Developing, through training and mentoring, a quality workforce.
  
• Equip kids to serve.
  
• Developing quality children's worship and worship teams.
  
• Developing a quality living curriculum.
  
• Providing adequate learning and recreational facilities
  
• Developing evangelistic and extracurricular programs.
  
• Building relationships with and between workers and children.
